what i also want to know doing droid form do i get buff if i select passives on the shaman mastery ?
The game told you when you chose your mastery, in a window that you had to click a button to confirm you understood, that you could not change your mastery.

All active skills and passive that are on the other 2 masteries, that are accessable (up to 25points row) do work.
Only thing that is locked out is the mastery exclusive skill that you get on mastery selection, the mastery passive bonus and all skills and passive on the 30points row and beyond.
so i can spend 25 points on the droid mastery ?
You can spend even more than 25 points in masteries that you have not selected, you just cannot go above the 25point requirement passives (indicated by the chain)
