No exact time for now as far as I know.
What we do know is that it will be awesome and many people will be smashing the servers to get into it!

Unfortunately we don’t have support for preloading, and I don’t believe we announced that. If you read it somewhere I’d like to correct that source.
my bad, you announced that there will be a steam conversion thingy 
I have to work tomorrow from 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM, so, I would say, that 18:00 PM it´s a good time to release game. xDDDDDDDD
