This game is unplayable. We spent our money on the game and for what to sit here and wait 10 minutes every loading screen? How can they justify people giving them money for this they are stealing from us that is what is happening!

Offline? why would my friends and I pay for a game to play together only to be forced to use offline mode and not be able to play together? This is horrible and they need to do something about it!

I don’t know what else you expect from this? They’re not going to see this and think “oh dang this one kid is angry we need to work harder”
just be patient.
They took my money the second I bought the game so why should I have to sit and wait for them to fix something when they want? It’s unacceptable to try to sell a product that doesn’t work it’s pretty much theft at this point and they should offer us our money back!

You could email them about it then instead of making a forum post about it. If you’re that upset about the product, you should directly contact them to let them know.

Why would I want a refund?
It’s a fun game. They will fix it and all will be well.
These types of delays happen all the time.
This isn’t even close to the worst launch I’ve seen over the years.
Just settle down and wait.

I think if you want a refund, you should be able to get the one. That said, I feel like this is a really good game, and the stability has been getting better and better. I would just hold out if I were you, but I think you deserve a refund if you go that way.
They will give you one if you want a refund I bet. But just be patient. Think about it - this is a cool game that you will probably enjoy for a year or two once they fix the server issues. It’s just a few days. If it really frustrates you that much, log out and come back in a week to check on things.
The least they can do is let us transfer our offline characters to online once they decide to do something about their regular game not working if they don’t offer us some kind of compensation or a refund!
Again, that will never happen. That is just opening the door to cheaters on the servers.

You know what you should refund. If you are too dense to understand that all launches of every game has issues you should just stop playing games all together. D4 launch had issues for nearly a month with no updates from their team.
At least this teams is keeping the community updated on their progress. It’s release and initial launch and they are obviously getting overloaded with players. But you know what go refund and I hope they increase their price of the game so you have to pay more to come back. You people are ridiculous and act like children. You act like you are having to pay monthly for this game and that if you can’t play this exact second you will never be able to play again.

That’s a new one. If you wanted a refund, you had/have a chance. If you didn’t do the refund, that’s not anyone’s fault but your own and have no right to complain.
nah i say bide the time and give em a chance to work on things. each day i log in and its already getting better and better so i have faith. its not like wolcen or anything so no need to be up in arms this bad. if its still a huge issue though and your unwilling to give it time i mean you could always just email them and ask (prolly need to be nice in this case, CSS are generally more giving to nicer ppl…just saying) for a full refund on the game and then move along. personally im seeing it as show me a game that DOESNT have some sort of issues with their networks for the first month of release. Palworld? massive issues at start. WoW classic? still had their issues and it was literally just a rerelease. D4? dont think they even have trade turned on at this point, so issues are massive there even now. chill out, request the refund if you still see fit, or give em a chance to really bring this around.
Game completely playable no issues here - its your system - you have a garabge rig if this is the case
