Refund Request

Hi,

Due to the latest financial blows dealt by COVID-19, i would like to request a full refund. I realize this may not be 100% policy, but everything I’ve read about your team has informed me that you’re a compassionate and understanding game studio. Not only are my finances an issue, I am disabled. I can provide proof if you need it. My only concern is that I did buy this game on Steam. I sincerely hope you can help a struggling person out by issuing me a full refund.

We are unable to assist with refund requests in cases where Last Epoch was purchased from other companies, as we have no access to their payment systems.

As you bought the game from Steam you will need to contact Valve regarding this.
