Refund purchase on Steam due to queue and Linux bugs

Hi there,

Steam refuses refund, claiming more than 2 hours played even though it was counting the time stuck in the broken queue system.

Support request has been submitted through both support.lastepoch.com and [email protected]

One week later, zero response from you.

Steam tells me to contact you, while you remain unresponsive.

Pay 30 USD for nonexistent service, and impossible to refund even though game is bugged?

Also, new character selection screen has been broken on Linux for over a year now.

Please have the decency not to sell a Linux version when you clearly do not care about fixing it.

Also please tell me how I may obtain a refund.

Last Epoch is so promising, please keep up the good work, and I hope you can put out a proper Linux version in future.
