I just dropped a white item called “Refuge Helmet.” Ordinarily something like this would be filtered out but I made a little goof with my filter. On LE tools it says it can’t drop. Any idea what this is? Some easter egg or leftover thing in the game?
got a screenshot? in the past there has been bugs that cause unique only item bases to drop, but i have not seen one in forever

EDIT: I would guess that is simply the starter helmet for some classes.

It’s certainly weird that it dropped. Even if we assumed that LETools isn’t correct and it can drop, a level 0 helmet dropping with no stats should be almost impossible, especially in monos.
I’m tending towards a bug of some sort having happened. You shoud report it in-game.
