Is reflect dmg while lightning aegis up bugged. Have over 100% reflect dmg when lightning aegis is up and mobs not taking dmg but I am.
I have the same problem. I have an idol that states, “92% of damage reflected while you have lightning aegis” and I am taking tremendous damage compared to what I should be receiving (8% of incoming damage versus 100% of incoming damage).
reflect doesn’t affect how much damage you take, it just returns it to the attacker. this is stated somewhere in the game. i can’t recall if it’s in the game guide or in the expanded tooltip info you get when holding alt+ctrl on items with reflect affixes, but i’ve definitely read it in-game.
So you’re saying you take the normal amount of incoming damage, but 92% of it gets reflected back to the attacker. Okay, I understand what you’re staying, but I’ve never seen it explained like that in game. I’ll see if I can find it in the game guide or somewhere else. Thanks for the help.
EDIT: It’s in neither the game guide nor the expanded tool tip on the idol. When you use CTRL+ALT on the idol, it doesn’t add any additional information. A search for the word “reflect” in the game guide yields no results. I’ll keep looking.
