Reduced Throwing Attack Mana Cost not working with Acid Flask

Have this on 2 of my rings. It works for Shurikens but not Acid Flask. Acid flask does have the Throwing Attack flag. It is not just a display issue, if I use it I lose mana. Related note and probably something planned with Falconer but game needs Throwing Weapons for both these skills and Ligh-I mean Divine Fury

Acid Flask has a default cost of 12, if you have two of the -3 cost reduction rings that takes the cost down to 6, or 2 if you have 2x t7 Ballista’s mods.
