imagine having recombination in CF with all the exalt items on the wrong base.
Exalted Items on bad bases are still incredibly valueable due to legendary crafting.
The introducing of the legendary system made exalted loot so much more worthwhile.
The only thing that I could see would be a very rare rune that changes the item sub type randomly.
that sounds amazing only downside; if they add it in it would use FP.
