Rebuke may have lost horribly in the poll, but I crave excellence. 
Here lies my suggestion for a fully reworked Rebuke.
The background of the tree might look familiar. The Reaper Form background matched my needs on both sides and was the easiest to edit. 
Edit: Apparently I forgot to list the base CD. The curation and CD are unchanged from original. 2s duration 5s CD. Most of the major nodes increase the cooldown.
It is possible to get 6s duration with 3.6s cd with this tree, which might need some adjusting, but that’s without any of the major benefits increasing cooldown. Might be better to have a 15-20/s mana drain instead of an upfront 20 mana cost.
And I forgot to put the +2s cd on the abyssal echoes node.
as much as i wish every tree looked that good, with that many options, dear gawd we only get 20 points!! a tree like that would just make beyond frustrated that i never had enough points to do everything i want.
