Using Rebuke locks me out of my entire action bar. Some skills remain greyed out, and nothing makes them usable again except relog.

After pressing Rebuke, nothing worked. You can hear me smashing my keyboard, checking visually to see if I had fat-fingered some other skill. The Dungeon Action key also stops working. Happened in Lightless Arbour and Temporal Sanctum. For my VK Autobomer, even with the Numlock trick on, Devouring Orb stopped casting entirely after activating Rebuke.
This does not happen every time, but it happened 4 times during my Dungeon runs in one sitting. #feelsbadman
