Rebinding "Move" to anything but the default "A" button breaks usability - XBox 360 controller

Hello. Made a post before about this issue but it didn’t seem to get any attention so I figured I’d try once more with maybe slightly more specific information since I really want to try the new stuff out.

The issue is that I want to use my xbox 360 controlled. Move is, by deafault, A. I want to rebind it to another button. However, upon doing so, I can no longer pickup items (they still display an “A” over them) or interact with zone borders (also displays an “A”).

I’ve tried multiple other buttons too, but any rebinding of “Move” to any other button on my controller just breaks the ability to interact with objects. Love the game so far, but I unfortunately need controller usability for the next few months. Hope to see the new content soon!

Yes, this is a huge issue for playing with a controller. It essentially makes the “A” (or “X” for Playstation Controllers) not mappable which leaves us with even less usable buttons. I would love to play this game with a controller, but right now I just find it too much of a hassle.
