Reaper of Mayhem / Apogee of Frozen Light

Mayhem/Apogee Build

Has anyone ever tried this combination of Reaper of Mayhem (Node in Chaos Bolt) + Apogee? The automated harvest seems to proc frozen vengeance about half the time it goes off.

At this point, the build feels okay but incredibly clunky. I’m not sure if this is simply a gear issue or I am running into the hard limitations here. I’m holding out on getting my dex up to 20 at least so that every 5th cast will proc harvest.

Got a nice build working and trying to find more synergies with Reaper of Mayhem. I wanted to bump this and ask if Reaper is supposed to use proc harvest generically or is it supposed to proc harvest from your skills.

If its the latter then its not working.
