Even though when I hover over Reaper Form it clearly shows the “Necrotic” scaling tag - actually it doesn’t benefit from “+1 to Necrotic Spells” from items such as Curse of Perseverance / Twisted Heart of Ukheiros
It might be intended behavior, but if it is, it’s super confusing.
Reaper form is not a spell, hence it does not gain the +1 to Necrotic Spells from Perseverance or Twisted Heart.
Those specifically buff Necrotic Spells. It also doesn’t buff Harvest which is a Necrotic Melee skill.
