Hello,
not sure if this can be defined as a “bug”, but the Russian translation of the game is really bad. I have to switch all the time between English and Russian, to properly understand the descriptions of skills, items etc. I’d actually stay in English, but your wording for the campaign uses quite a lot of unusual words, where I struggle with the translation.
I really recommend you to do a complete proofreading and localization QA at least for the Russian translation. It requires a lot of polishing.
P.S. I don’t live in Russia, I am just a Russian native speaker, who prefers to play games in Russian therefore.
Yes, passive ability and skills description is not clear and have no sense.
Even worse - the translations are often times TOTALLY different for the same skill, if you go into subskills. E.g. Flame Rush (Runemaster) is translated totally different within almost every (!) description of the subskill, it’s totally irritating and confusing. The same problem is with most other skills, items etc. E.g. “minions” are translated in TWO different ways, where in English there is just one word for it on all items, in Russian on some items it’s translated as “minions” and on some others it’s “companions” (in English everything is fine and consistent). I have never seen a game yet, where the translation is done so badly and inconsistent. Probably they didn’t use translation memory and definitely there was no localization QA afterwards.
