My best guess is the Empowered “The Last Ruin” timeline, which is what I will be farming today for science.
As a side note, I think the design for this item is incredible. Perfect example of an endgame chase item like Omnis. The added level of mystery regarding where it drops makes it even cooler!
It was revealed during quiets unique item showcase that it does have chance to drop from gaspar (the last ruin) but it is extremely rare but it can also drop from normal echoes (extremely rare ofc)
