When hovering an idol to see the possible ranges of roll, I got this:
HUGE SHADOW IDOL

+6 LIGHTNING DAMAGE WITH SHURIKENS
65% OF SHURIKENS BASE DAMAGE CONVERTED TO LIGHTNING
Tier 1
Range: 400% to 800% <============= ( THIS IS THE PROBLEM, referring to “+6” above )
Range: 50% to 80%
Yeah. There are quite a few of these floating around.
In my experience they appear more often on older items from previous patches - especially if EHG has tweaked applicable affix data in a subsequent patch. You do get the odd new drop that does this (although I dont see them that often anymore), so if you do find then, a quick report like this is useful for the devs to check the idol affix.
