didnt notice until a unique dropped, had the beam, X did nothing, no filters, nothing i did made it show up. then i noticed i wasnt getting any items at all. even when i saw them on the ground X did nothing, rare, magic, etc everything was hidden. only thing i could see was gold & healths.
I had changed nothing when this happened. and resetting settings did nothing
Update - Bug repeated. Area - Boss Liath - Same thing not able to see items on ground. Possibly death / Respawn related?

There is a hotkey (Z or Alt+Z) for ground tooltips.
Try that one - you never know.
ive tried all that, the only thing that fixes it is restarting the game. its happening more often now. not local to the boss. either death or TP related
IDK - i just sold a inventory full, go back in my TP and items drop but no words, hitting X does nothing (verified X does show the magic & normal items I have filtered when not glitched) but when this glitch happens nothing shows up except gold and health, no matter what buttons/ combo i press or reset settings

OK I think i figured out whats going on!!
Its all controller related. So hold right > on Dpad is the same as Altz default
Problem is this isnt listed, none of the controller buttons are listed
So when I would use Double tap right > on Dpad to open a town portal i must have sometimes held it
Another contributing factor to this issue is that not all the controls switch seamlessly between k/m & controller so when i tested AltZ before nothing happens because im on my controller
Another issue i found and ill make another report about maybe related maybe not - when using a controller clicking B to exit the inventory menu/ trader/ stashbox will also equip any item underneath the cursor even if you havent been using the cursor, so ive got to constantly be checking where the cursor is before i close the windows
All seems to be controller mapping issues, hopefully easy fixes
