Before Mike does his Bow Mage for next week’s stream I just wanted to jump in and say, with all the love Frostbite has gotten over the last year or so, the cold conversion for Rain of Arrows should reflect that love given RoA’s innate nature of being a DoT attack. Let’s be fair the chill chance and duration doesn’t necessary fit that identity anymore and would open up that cold DoT playstyle for Marksman a great deal.
edit: Converting more than slow chance > frostbite would also be pretty awesome
