Similar to Completed Heorot's Last Blessing before getting spear - #2, I had just gotten to Heoborea and was looking around before talking to Yulia. Accidentally, exited to the Tundra and then came back. Did some more exploring and found that despite not having a door icon on the map, there was what appeared to be an exit for The Solemn Path. Went through and received quest completed. Returned and received another quest completed. Found multiple quest steps were skipped and I was now on Heorot’s Last Blessing - Return to Heorot.

Unfortunately, I had since launched Last Epoch twice (three times?) before reading https://support.lastepoch.com/hc/en-us/articles/1260805192629-The-Game-s-Log-File so the log file is unavailable; but the video should have everything you need.
