Am i right in thinking Smite would do additional damage to the target if i use Warpath and smite is fire damage?
Yes that is correct.
The Buff from Rahyeh’s Strenght would trigger as soon as warpath hits and enemy.
The buff is generic %inc. fire damage, so this would affect everything that is dealing fire damage, like smite for example. (even melee fire damage that you added to your weapon for example)
