Is there any drop-rate/quantity penalty if you are over-leveled for a zone/boss? I am farming for some lower level uniques I do not have and want to have for collection’s sake. I figure if there is no penalty, running lower level zones/bosses would be my best chance at getting the ones I am missing.
Not sure but I don’t think there’s such a penalty.
