Does the Berserk buff from Warcry (not the beastmaster Berserker node) refresh itself?
The duration is 1 second or 1.48 with the duration nodes, but the Max stacks is 14 so I was thinking it refreshes itself?
If so, does it stay active until you fail to hit something within the timer?

Yes, as long as you keep on hitting you’ll maintain the berserk buff at max stats, then they all fall off at the same time if you don’t keep attacking.
