Hi! This is probably covered somerewhere earlier so apologies for that, but does the "on hit wording for minions also procc on minion spells. For instance if “Dominion of Rot” proccs on spells from minions, even if it says hit? I can see that “Putrid Essence” from skeleton mages proccs on their spells.
More specific for your example:
Dominion of Rot specifically gives your Minions a Poison Chance in general.
But typically, if it just says “hit” it is blanket. “melee hit”, “ranged hit”, and “spell hit” would all be more specific ones. And typically the ones with more restrictions, will have better value, due to their limits.
