Hello!
Coundn’t find anything after a (very) brisk search, so I’m asking: Using the item Bhuldar’s Wrath, my question is will an earthquake proc on, say, warpath? Or shift?
Basically, does this item, and others from this ilk, only work for the class with said skill?

It works for any class that has a non channeled movement skill. So Shift should be OK while Warpath should not. See the tags of the skills, you’ll know.

Having tried it on a non-Primalist, it feels really bad. 
I guess it’s because you can’t spec’ it
