Is there a limit to how fast the health decays while in Reaper Form? If I stack a lot of health effectiveness will I be able to sustain RF forever?
as far as i remember, it accelerates the longer you stay in reaper form so there is no way to keep it up 100%, but with leech you can get more than enough uptime to last for a monolith or two or a few arena waves
In monoliths I always let my Reaper Form expire between two echoes. It helps it not expire during an echo.
