After killing the first lvl 90 Mono Harbinger and unlocking empowered Monos, can I somehow deactivate Harbingers spawning in normal Monos? I only see the option in empowered Monos, no such button in normal Monos.
I don’t think you can disable it in normal monos, at least from experience.

Yeah, I also think Harbingers should be 100% avoidable, because plenty of people don’t want to deal with them at all.
Their reasoning for not being able to avoid the harbinger at the level 90 monos is that it’s a gatekeep. If you can’t beat the boss you’re not ready for empowered monos. I don’t really agree with that, but I can accept that.
However, in your case, you already beat one, so you should be able to skip every other one. Even the level 90 ones.
