so it says you are damned every time you cast a spell it stacks up to 7 times do you get 20% necrotic penetration for each stack meaning you get 140% pene or what? cuz it says
“20% necrotic penetration with posses per stack up to 7 stacks”
w8 what it only works if i use wandering spirits? but my build dont even use them so why is he using this wand then
Because it’s a good wand. 
cant you get a better one exalted version? if the posses necro pene does nothing for my build
marina’s has the additional added necrotic spell damage that an exalted cant roll.
