Question about Jehlkor's Knife

It turns Detonating Arrow into a melee attack. The tool tip says it scales with lightning and melee. Does this mean it scales with all this affixes?

  • melee dmg
  • melee lightning dmg
  • lightning dmg
  • elemental dmg

I’m a bit confused why there is lightning melee when lightning would do the same and unsure if elemental dmg affects melee too when it deals (melee) lightning dmg. Hope someone can clarify that, the gameguide is not much help here.

Melee lightning dmg is flat dmg. The others are %increased. Yes elemental affects lightning dmg.

Thank you! That explains why melee lightning numbers are always so much lower.

No to mention that you can have lightning damage that’s not melee.
