The answer is the same as your other question about minion effects. Yes, while in a form any minions you have will still get the effect of any buffs (temporary or permanent) from skills, gear (including idols) & passives.

And you get the effect of any player bonuses.

The minion modifiers on it will affect any minions that are summoned while wearing it, including the Spriggan minion, yes.

However, as minions snapshot their stats on summoning, you could remove it after summoning the minion and they would retain the bonuses until you go through a zone transition.

so if i understand it correctly i can wear this an summon spriggian and then remove it ? i am in spriggian form all the time mostly

It is important to differentiate between Spriggan Form and Summon Spriggan.

Summon Spriggan will benefit from any minion modifiers that you have.

Spriggan Form is not a minion and will not get any minion bonuses.

That’s because two of the four abilities that Spriggan Form uses are minions. THOSE are what would get any benefit from minion tags (Summon Vines, Healing Totem). You, your self, and Thorn Shield and Spirit Thorns would NOT benefit from anything ‘minion’ affixed.

Because it contains minion skills, but spriggan form itself is not a minion, neither are you yourself
