It seems there are there requirements for crafting that I am not aware of, but I’d like to understand the following situation:
I am trying to add a “+Level of Swipe” prefix on an exalted relic after I made room for a prefix by sealing another one. However, the +Swipe shard does not show up in the crafting inventory when I want to craft it. Are there additional requirements that I am not seeing, such as minimum item level?
The relic itself needs to be a class specific relic (in your case a primalist specific one).
Your relic most likely is one of the generic ones (like +Max Mana or +HP Regen), which cannot roll class specific affixes onto it.
