Question about Calculated Destruction Passive

So I just places the 5th point into the Calculated Destruction passive wich is supposed to give you a 3% increase to spell crit chance per point of intelligence.

I was expecting this to show in the character stats menu but it doesn’t. I have 24 intelligence so I was expecti a % of 72%+ other crit stats but instead it only at 9%

Is this a issue or is this just how the system works?

Calculated Destruction values appear on the Damage tab (not the other tab) of the Character Sheet under Spell Critical Strike Chance.

That looks about right. 72% increased on the base if 5% would be 8.6%.
