Quest "The Void Assault" blocked the progression and the history

In the quest “The void assault” point "Meet with elder Gespar in the council Chamber.

  1. My friend has disconnect during the quest
  2. He come back to the game and then pings of the quest has desepear and nothing else happen, the PNJ at the end that put the portal to go to the city is not there.
    His character is totaly blocked, he can no longer advance in the story and change maps.

Only one solution now is to delete the caracter and wish that the bug don’t come.

Pls try to correct it before the launch it’s an amazing problem for the game.
