Quest: The Shard..... Cannot complete

The quest… The Shard. Cannot complete. I have the quest, can see the quest on my minimap and go to the Keeper to complete. Keeper Balthas has the yellow diamond above his head. Cannot click on him to complete. I have logged out and back in. Same problem.
Cannot advanced in game if I cannot complete this quest. Finishing this quest allows access to the next part of the map. So until fixed I and all the others are stuck and cannot level up toons.

This happens to me too and considering how many people I see running around Keeper Balthas like chickens I can’t be the only one. This is a 100% progression lock, completely stopping you from questing any further.

Having the same problem with my latest character :frowning: I’ve been hanging around Balthas letting people know.
