The quest “Sanity in the Darkness” shows the wrong location of where it needs to be completed. It points to Cultist Camp, while the remaining task is actually in Ruins of Welryn (I believe?). Also, the quest task “Find the Symbol of Hope” is shown twice. See screenshot below.
