I think the Sanity in the Darkness quest is bugged. I completed the Last Imperial but the gate is still up in town and I’m unable to proceed. Seems like the same issue as was previously posted here: Quest: Sanity In The Darkness - Missing Last Imperial's Phylactery

This is also the second time it happened. I had the same issue on a sentinel I created a few months ago. I figured maybe the old character was bugged so I started a new one and had the same issue when I got to this point.
