What went wrong?
After speaking with "Keeper “Balthas” the quest stops progressing.
Why?
I Most likely left the area before the automatic teleport into the new area.
Result:
Character is now stuck in the first few starting zones.
Update:
Relogging puts you into “The Crumbling Ruins” which lets you continue again
