Not sure if a bug or I just need help with something but I’m ni Maj’elka, looking for assasins to defend myself from but I can’t find any.
This is the 3rd character I level and didn’t have a problem before. This time I did end up doing a few monos before realizing I missed this last step of this quest
Any tip would be welcome, otherwise I guess it is a bug.
