Thank you for finding this bug. It seems to mainly be affecting people with characters who have completed the Last Refuge Main Quests before 0.7.10 and returned to the area to do the new “Finding Pannion” Main Quest. Currently working on a solution.

Thanks for the quick reply.

You may be correct, I just replayed the game yesterday after a long-absent (months) due to the excitement of new updates.
