I just played through the first Quest Echo in the Black Sun Timeline. When I entered the instance everything was completely black except for the UI and health bars. Enemy ability hit zones were also not visible. The game played completely normally in the instance except that I could not see anything. Unfortunately I did not think to get a screenshot until after I had left the zone.
