I just completed the quest “Apophis and Majasa” and received the stat point reward but not the passive point… The quest does read as “Completed” status… I do use minions… I had an unallocated passive point before completing the quest… Can I expect a fix for this character or am I stuck with a weaker bugged version?

Was this an older character that you are now leveling up? Reason I ask is that the devs moved passive point quest around recently (with the addition of Chapter 9) and there is a correction that takes place for older characters - i.e. you may already have had the passive so you dont get it again. If I recall correctly, you should have 113 passives total by level 100 - you’d have to manually count then for lower levels - reference Tunks website to see where and how many you should have from each quest.
If this is a totally new character started after Chapter 9 was added, then this could be a bug. In which case, I recommend that you post your player.log file from the session (they are overwritten) - there may be something for the devs to work from there… Also, post your current character to Dammits build planner - that way if the devs look, they can see your passive counts etc… (link it here obviously)
It’s more likely that the OP had already got the max number of passive point quest rewards since, OP, there are more passive point (& idol slot) quest rewards than you can actually get to allow you to be able to skip some side quests if you wish.
