Outcast Camp - ‘An Introduction to Crafting’ quest does not finish when approaching the forge.

I was also having trouble in Liath’s Tower, being unable to access the top floor but that seemed to be fixed by not having a skill be auto-casting (Wandering Spirits)
In previous versions of the game, when I have this happen to me, I go back and talk to the NPC that grants the quest (person near the entrance), then run back to the forge.
That worked for me. Thanks for the tip!
