I got stuck behind the drawn line when knocked back by a Meruna Siren enemy.
I couldn’t move, and shift didn’t work, but Shuriken backflip inched me out just enough to be freed (somehow).
I’d assume that little pit marked behind the red line does actually function as a pit, causing the issue 
.
