I few things that I’d like to see:
Pets pick up Gold (gold only)
Hold button down to pick up all loot in area
Sell All loot option at merchant

Loot has insignificant value and designed intentionally so you don’t waste time visiting the vendor to sell loot. You will maximize gold gains by using an optimized loot filter and not picking things up that aren’t useful to you, spending more time killing monsters who drop gold piles that are significantly larger than selling a bunch of trash from your inventory. You don’t even need to out of your way to pickup gold, I literally ignore it and my gold keeps going up quickly.
