QoL Suggestion: Better Minimap & UI Scaling Options

Hey EHG,

Loving the game, keep up the awesome work. Just wanted to drop some feedback on the UI that I think would be a big quality-of-life win.

The Problem:

Basically, once I’ve played a build for a bit, I never look at my action bar. It’s all muscle memory. Right now, it’s just a big chunk of screen real estate that I don’t use much in combat.

On the other hand, I’m always looking at my map. The issue is:

  1. The overlay map clutters the screen during big fights. It’s hard to see ground effects and enemy attacks under it.
  2. The corner minimap is too zoomed-in to be useful for actually navigating where you’re going next.

This means I’m constantly toggling the overlay on and off. The toggle is fine on its own. But when I look at the minimap, it doesn’t really satisfy me.

The Suggestion:

Two simple changes would fix this completely:

  • Zoom out more on the corner minimap. Just another level or two of zoom would make a huge difference for navigation without needing the big overlay. Zoom in/out button for minimap possible?
  • Let us scale UI elements separately. The main thing I want is to shrink the action bar and make the corner minimap bigger. Those two are currently tied together in settings.
