I would say that before they can actually do that, they need to fix their tooltips. If they can’t even have reliable tooltips, there’s no point in creating an unreliable tab in the character sheet.
The tab in the character sheet would be a lot more useful though & if it’s anything like PoE (& it should be as there’s no need to reinvent this particular wheel) then it’d show all the different & conditional effects along with the dps (hut damage).
I know, but my point is that it’s already hard enough to get an accurate DPS on the tooltip when all you really need to do is “If I click the skill button, how much damage does the formula provide?” and then multiply it by your attacks per second.
Doing this for much more granular parts of the formula is harder to get accurately.
Not to mention skills that don’t even have this yet, like minion skills or chaos bolts (I think was the one?).
I’m not arguing that this shouldn’t be done. It should. I’m just saying they need to fix other things before they can make this happen.
I don’t know how much free time Dammit has and how much time he devotes to LETools, but he also started doing this and he has like half a dozen skills only so far. It’s not an easy thing to pull off and many skills will require different calculations from others.
