QoL - Controller is swapping equipped item when closing inventory window

Use controller,
open inventory,
move cursor over an item in inventory using right stick,
press ‘B’ to close inventory window.

The item under the cursor will be swapped with currently equipped item.

This is unexpected and surprising. I sometimes find myself using wrong piece of gear and worried about misplacing or selling my gear by accident.

I don’t think pressing ‘B’ in inventory should be swapping your gear.
