I went to purchase a crystallized heart from Skarven and the # of hearts I had went from 0 to 1 back to 0 in about .2 seconds. The tooltip when hovering items also showed I didn’t have one available to purchase with.
It was just a UI issue though. I was able to buy the item as if I had the heart.
