Purchased through Steam - No options to link accounts?

I’ve just purchased the game through Steam, however, when I launch the game I don’t receive any prompts to link the accounts. I also cannot find any options, either on Steam or my forum profile. Is there something I need to do?

I’ve restarted Steam…

Apologies, I just found the answer, which is apparently waiting for Patch 0.8.1.f.
