Taking the node “Night’s descent” should reduce the amount of time you charge puncture to 0,5s.
This does nothing currently, the charge time still is of 1s even after taking the node.

Just to clarify, you are testing this while you have a black arrow? It does nothing if you dont have a black arrow from Dark Quiver.
